Type in the lowest and highest prices you would consider. And remember to take into account that most prices are "offers over".

location
Within the drop-down menu simply select the area that you are interested in.

property type
Here you can choose to search for the specific types of homes listed in the drop-down menu. Bear in mind that they're not mutually exclusive - for example, the same flat could be returned by a search for 'modern', 'traditional' or 'flat'. In some cases you may be best to select 'any' to ensure all homes relevant to your needs are returned.

min bedrooms
Select the minimum number of bedrooms you require. The search results will then display properties in your chosen price range with at least that many bedrooms.
